How long will the build take?
A focused Starter Site is typically ready in two to three weeks. A Growth Site runs three to six weeks. Custom Site builds with integrations or multi-location architecture take longer because of the additional scoping and testing. Every project gets a specific, dated timeline in writing before we start, so the date you see is the date you can count on.
Do I need to supply content, photos, and copy?
Only what you have. On the kickoff call we’ll send a short list of what we need from you (logos, photos, content you want featured) with a deadline. Send what you have by the deadline and we start. Missing something? We can source it, shoot it, or write it as an add-on, scoped on the call.
Will my site actually rank on Google? And show up in ChatGPT?
Every site ships with the foundations both SEO and AEO reward: structured data, sub-one-second load times, mobile-first architecture, proper local schema, and the clear, citable content AI tools need to quote you as the answer. For less-competitive local categories, clients regularly land in the Google map pack inside 30 to 60 days. For competitive markets, plan for 90 days of consistent activity to see page-one movement. AI search visibility follows the same foundations, scoped to how often your industry gets asked about. On the first call we tell you specifically what’s realistic for your market.
How do updates, security, and small edits get handled after launch?
Most clients keep us on a light ongoing care plan. That covers updates, backups, security patches, and small edits in the background, without any ticket system to deal with. If something needs changing, you send one message and it gets done, typically same-day. If you’d rather take the site and manage it yourself, we hand it over cleanly. Care plan pricing is in the pricing section above.
What if I don’t like the first design?
Every project includes design revisions: two rounds in Starter Site, three in Growth Site, five in Custom Site. We work with you until the design lands, then we build it. If after good-faith revisions you still aren’t happy, we make it right or you walk away. That promise is in writing in the proposal.
